As in my last story I had told you that robots are into everything and they are going to replace humans in every field. Another one has arrived – a cooking robot. It’s not the first one, but seems to be more balanced. A retired engineer Liu Changfa has prepared a DIY robot at his home with some ordinary tools and managed to connect to a computer or cell phone to control it. In brief, a pre- programmed robot that will start cooking anything of your taste on your command. In other way you don’t need to request your wife to cook your favorite dish.

The robot is equipped with menu programs and software detailing cooking methods to make it capable of cooking near about 200 dishes. That’s incredible job from this 1.5-meter-high, stainless steel humanoid with a stainless-steel ball for a head. To star with you have to put the raw material like vegetable etc into a pot that is connected to the stomach. The stomach is a an electric oven with a mechanic claw on top, while five tubes containing vinegar, soy sauce, and other seasonings are installed behind his back. All you need to do after that is to click on your favorite dish and wait for a while. This chef ensures accuracy of time and 24 hours service with a well balanced meal. Now you can call your lawyer for divorce if you had been thinking of it already. But, this robot is not commercial yet. I think you have to wait for some time.
