  • Congratulations to this wheelschair design! It’s about time, the world market for wheelchairs (worldwide possibly about 40 Million wheelchair usesrs) comes to live! Being one myself, I rather doubt the feasibility of some of your proposals (e.g. the ultra-thin arm that holds the front wheel motor) – but then, who knows? The sky’s the limit. Please keep informed about further development! Thanks again!

  • There’s obviously a whole lot to learn about this. I believe you manufactured some great factors in Features also.

  • Hi Peter, many thanks. We’re glad you liked the design – the thin front arm you mention is actually an oleo piston commonly used in trucks and aircraft, and all the other technology already exists too. We debated using a self balancing mechanism similar to the Segway, but opted for the rear fixture in the end. You can find me at coroflot.com/davecochrane and thomas at coroflot.com/thomasross.

Where would one place their feet? Or do they just get dragged along?

  • Ultra modern, this would really appeal to young users.

Your design is most welcome and the deviation from conventional approaches is refreshing. How can I get you to build one for my wife? Using an ergodynamic seat and simple shock absorbers is clever adaptive reuse of existing technology. Put me on the order list. I will buy it now!!!

Congrats, your design looks fantastic, did you build a prototype? I saw only renders.
Do you have an idea to comercialize it? I really like one of that to my mother. Isse.nike@gmail.com
